Is it hard to gain weight Quick and easy way? Well, I was searching on the internet last month about the easy way to gain weight, many of them illustrated some technique which is quite unique and pretty much better. But I was totally confused to follow the right methods. Someone suggested me to eat more of junk food that will help you to gain weight. Eating junk food is not a solution because junk food will increase fat which is not good for health.
Here I will be demonstrating the right methods to gain weight its totally natural methods. Overall I follow the same technique and it worked for me.1. Banana
It has calories, potassium, carbohydrate, and manganese. The banana gives a good amount of energy and helps in boosting weight. It is true that banana contains the high number of calories and vitamin B6. Due to the presence of vitamin B6, it will help in the production of the red blood cell. Similarly, manganese and potassium present in banana. The role of manganese to aid the digestion and preventing bone diseases. Potassium plays a major role in maintaining the electrolyte in the body and helps in the production of energy in the cell.
2. Milk:
Milk is essentially known for its high amount of calcium which is important for the bone. But it also has protein and carbohydrate. Protein helps in the production of muscles quicker and faster. Carbohydrates give energy to the body.
3. Raisins (kishmish):
It contains a fatty acid, soluble dietary fiber, vitamin, and minerals. Research shows that soaked raisin(kishmish) overnight, It helps in digesting, regulate blood pressure, strengthen bone and boost the immune system. It also contains calories.
4. Cardamoms:
This is known to boost the immune system and helps in digestion. Also, it has many more powerful components in it. In the sense it is helpful in fighting with cancer, may lower the sugar level, improve berthing and etc.
Prepare a Shake:
It is recommended to prepare a shake. Take one glass of milk, add 1 or 2 banana and 2- 3 teaspoon of raisin in it.
It is also highly recommended to take this in the morning routine. Because in morning cells are very active after sleep. Once you have done, take 2-3 cardamoms and chew it about 2-3 min properly. Cardamoms will help to digest shake easily.
Conclusion:
It will be more beneficial when you will be taking with your daily meal. And it will work when you follow continuously. Please do not take this during bedtime, because you will fall in acidity and stomach ache. Instead of that take a normal glass of milk. Also if possible take 2 boiled egg one hour before your dinner.
